Rabe Hardware’s “Home Comfort Headquarters” located in downtown Vinton, IA, has undergone a fresh new remodel to launch the unveiling of a new fireplace product line called Montigo. Montigo fireplaces bring quality, beauty, and warmth to the environment. Established in 1976, the privately held company specializes in standard and custom manufactured gas fireplaces for commercial and residential spaces. There extensive line includes; more than 70 fireplace styles – anything from contemporary to traditional, top quality accessories to enhance appearance and performance, and product testing to assure safety and quality.
The beginning stages of Rabe Hardware’s fireplace showroom remodel began in January 2017 after the decision had been made to incorporate Montigo fireplaces into the showroom display. “These fireplaces are not only stunning but they‘re high quality. When I saw them in person at the 2017 Hearth, Patio & Barbeque Expo in Indiana, I just knew I had to bring Montigo to Eastern Iowa.” said Jake Rabe, owner of Rabe Hardware. During the 8 week remodel, two peninsula style fireplaces were removed and new walls were erected to display three Montigo fireplace models; the RP-424-PFC Peninsula, RP-620 Linear and P52 Linear. Each display model offers visitors a unique opportunity to see, touch and feel several style options that are available in the Montigo line.
